My hearing seems to be normalizing, or at least I'm not as aware of it feeling off. Hopefully the tinnitus will also calm down.

ETA: Sedation was sort of semi-offered. The intake paperwork asked about claustrophobia and said "If you want sedation, tell us NOW." But nobody directly asked if I wanted it. (I would have said no anyway, probably, so as not to be really doped up when taking my Uber home. But if there's a next time I'll ask for more info.)
